Alluding to it‘s aerial spirit, the Kestrel is named for one of the smaller members of the falcon family.

It’s soaring, graceful forms occupy the tiniest of footprints, which allows for building on lots that no other three bedroom design could hope to accommodate. Cantilevered floor spaces and a third floor loft bedroom make this possible, all within a cozy, treehouse-like refuge.
